Payments

• Deposits that have been used to claim a bonus may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement (rollover) has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting the rollover condition will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 888bb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This includes removing a bonus already credited to a player's account if it was awarded in error or obtained through a breach of these T&C.
• Free spin bonuses are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering process. Bonuses have no monetary value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

Players who abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to exploiting RNG patterns, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at low variance, or coordinating with other players to share bonuses — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings confiscated.

Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888bb. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in further legal action where the activity constitutes a criminal offence:

• Using any form of cheating software, exploit, artificial intelligence tool, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on 888bb.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification, or allowing another person to complete KYC on your behalf. Identity fraud is a criminal offence and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify any part of the 888bb platform, its software, databases, or communication infrastructure. Such activities constitute a serious breach of these T&C and applicable computer crime law.

Account Actions

Account Suspension and Termination

888bb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including multi-accounting, identity fraud, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or activity that places 888bb at legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. 888bb may act on such suspicion without disclosing the specific basis for its action to the player.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the platform's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme. Voluntarily closed accounts may not be reopened during a self-exclusion period under any circumstances.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888bb's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 888bb account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888bb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. 888bb is not responsible for the quality of internet connectivity or mobile data services used by players to access the platform — connectivity issues are the responsibility of the player's network provider.

Updates

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

888bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, 888bb will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the T&C regularly. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C in their entirety.
